NB, Canada 6/30/09- After Mother Nature won out the past two weeks,
the Lonnie Sommerville Racing team and the rest of the Carquest Maritime
Pro Stock Tour heads to Scotia Speedworld for their second of three
stops at the D-shaped oval. In the first race at Scotia, Sommerville
started fourth but early race contact sent him to the rear of the field.
Fortunately, Sommerville was able to bounce back to a fifth place
finish. Since then Sommerville has risen to the points lead and hopes
that his notes from the last race at Scotia will catapult him to a win
at the 3/10th mile oval. |
